About Nutra Verdict
Nutra Verdictexists to cut through the noise in the supplement industry. The category runs on hype, fake urgency and copied claims. We read the studies, check the doses, and tell you what a product can and cannot realistically do, so you don't have to.
Who writes these reviews
Reviews are written and maintained by PLACEHOLDER: Your Name, Founder & Lead Reviewer at Nutra Verdict. We are independent: no supplement brand pays us to write a review or influences a score.
How we review, in one line
For every product we ask three things: does it contain ingredients with real evidence, are they dosed at the levels used in studies, and is it fairly priced against the alternatives. Where a product hides its doses behind a “proprietary blend” or oversells the science, we say so. The full rubric, including what each rating band means, is on our methodology page.
Why you can trust the verdicts
- One score per product, everywhere.A product's rating and caveats are identical in its review and in any ranked guide it appears in.
- Sourced claims. Medical claims are checked against recognized sources (Mayo Clinic, Cleveland Clinic, specialist bodies, peer-reviewed research) and cited on the page.
- Honest negatives. We keep the downsides in, even for products we earn a commission on, high refund rates, hidden doses, cheaper DIY routes.
How we make money
Nutra Verdict is reader-supported. We use affiliate links, which means we may earn a commission when you buy a product we recommend, at no extra cost to you. It never changes our rankings or our ratings. See our full affiliate disclosure for details.
A note on medical advice
We are not doctors, and nothing on this site is medical advice. Supplements do not replace prescription treatment, and some interact with medication. Always talk to a qualified healthcare professional before starting a supplement, especially if you are on medication, pregnant, or managing a health condition.
